1948 MG TC Entex 1/16
Greetings. Just thought I would post a few pictures of the MG TC I am working on. Needed a little break from the Jaguars. This is one of the kits I bought some time ago, always liked the look of these cars since I was young. Sort of got hooked on the English sports cars when I was younger. My first ...

Re: Ed's Jaguar
Hello Pierre,
Sorry to be late in responding, yes, pictures of real car hinges. For me, was good to use as a "template" for making the ones i used for the model. Gilles also found really nice pictures of them also. Should also check those out.

Re: New Part - Lucas C42 Generator
Colin,
As with all the parts you make, love the detail to all the little things. Such as the directional arrow. Like on your wheels, spinners have directional markers! What I like with this, besides all the other detail items you did, is there will be no seam lines where you have to join the 2 ...

Re: Ed's Jaguar - Completed
Hi Chris,
The body is a total loss - it ended up in several pieces, so no reusing it. Luckily, like you, I had gotten a couple of spare parts, so as to experiment to see if I could cutout the rear hatch and hinge it so as to open and close.
Yes I am vary glad I was able to finish it this time, a ...

Ed's Jaguar - Completed
Greetings.
Well, the build is completed. Let me start with, I am happy with how the model turned out, even though I had some problems, which I will tell you about. Also, as compared to the first time I tried to build this, when i was 10-12 years old (thought I was good enough to do it). As I stated ...

Re: Ed's Jaguar
Greetings. Just a couple of update pictures - engine bay and a picture of Colin's Radiator fan. Would have been hard to get a shot of once the top tanks was added. Excuse the bubble wrap - protecting the paint on the floor pan.

Re: Ed's Jaguar
Hi Everyone. I found a different picture of the rear hatch hinges. Please note in the picture. at the bottom of the hinge at the mounting bracket - notice how there is a bit of an offset - in my original picture I posted - I did not see this. I think this little offset will make a bit of difference ...

Re: Transparent UV resin: Your feedback.
Hello Gilles,
While I have not done a great deal of working with resin, I can say, that the first dash piece from the Jaguar, granted, I had a couple of spots that did not cure properly, the sections that did cure right, have not dulled at all, and that was easily well over a year ago. Granted, I ...
